Assistant Operations Executive

- Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.
- Support the operations team in optimizing route planning and vehicle utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding shipments, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
